Hi! I'm Jim Cummings. I didn't grow up in Austin, but like many of you - "I got here as soon as I could" - first arriving at Bergstrom Air Force Base in 1978. Following a couple of other military assignments, I Re-Arrived (if that's a word) in Austin in 1988, and have lived, and worked as a real estate agent and Associate Broker since then.
What does that mean to you - it means I'm familiar with the area - I know the "Neighborhoods". I've seen most of it from the air - and have driven much of it in over 20 years of helping clients reach their real estate goals. I can tell you about the schools, the people, the traffic, the employment opportunities, as well as many of the other things you may need to know about living in Austin & Central Texas.
